Run the utility Update Client Balances.  If after running the utility your balances do not appear to be correct then contact the ImagineTime support team. If you have been doing manual entries and the account balance doesn't reflect recent changes, run the Update Client Balances. If fields on the billing dashboard screen are null or empty run the Update Client Balances.  


Always make sure no one is editing Client data in the system before running this utility.
