The reconciliation reports provide information to ensure system integrity; the beginning balance, plus new activity equals ending balance. ImagineTime recommends running the Billing Activity and Work In Progress Activity Reconciliation report monthly. On these reports, errors or discrepancies are reported in a difference column.
