Go to Setup/Utilities and then select Update Client Balances. This should resolve the issue. Always make sure no one is editing Client data in the system before running this utility.
This usually happens when a client is entering a lot of time and the entries end up lagging in the system. Running this utility helps the software play "catch-up" with what was entered for time.
