First…Do a Backup: Go to Setup/Utilities, General Utilities, Backup Data File
To Change Status:
Setup / Utilities
Change ID and Status
To change Status, highlight the Status Bar of Client
Make your change
Save your entry
To Change ID:
Setup / Utilities
Change ID and Status
To change ID, Select Click Here to Edit ID Field in red at the bottom of the screen
Highlight the Status Bar of the Client
Make your change
Save your entry
