Below are the instructions for you to send an email blast from ImagineTime:
Go to Clients/Contacts, Client Relationship Management, in the CRM Options, click on the down arrow and select Send Email Blast to Filtered Group. You can also select your Output Order.
Once you have selected your clients (or leave blank for all), the Broadcast Email screen will appear. You can click on Add Template and when you enter your text you have the option to save the template. Make sure that Microsoft Outlook is open and then select Send Email.
