Some cloud users have experienced a disconnect when using ImagineTime Cloud.  Group policy setting on the individual workstation can cause this issue.  Below are the steps that will walk you through checking the policy setting. 

On workstation:  Click Start and type “Local Group Policy” 


    Select edit Group Policy User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Session Host > Session Time Limits > Set time limit for active but idle Remote Desktop Services session 

This policy setting allows you to specify the maximum amount of time that an active Remote Desktop Services session can be idle (without user input) before it automatically disconnects.  


If it is not configured, right click on Not configured, select edit. 


Select Enable, Idle session limit: Never or whatever you decide (options are below next image), Apply
